_{[Ah there he goes again, kissing at his neck. He lets out a small exhale. If Hythlodaeus keeps doing this to him he's going to end up addicted to it.]}

_{[He hadn't even thought about that, nor has he seen what sort of state Hythlodaeus has left his neck in. It brings a new flush to his face. Just what had he done to him?]}

_{[It's a pity he can't ask the same of Hythlodaeus but he knows he doesn't have that right.]}

[He chuckles, pleased.]

Good... they look so good on you.

[He doesn't want to heal his own, but... alas, Emet-Selch has made it clear how he feels about Hythlodaeus flaunting his other partners in front of him. For now though, he just wants to hold Hermes. So he tugs him closer, settling his head on his chest and sighing contentedly.]

[He tips his head up again to kiss the corner of Hermes' mouth with a chuckle. A soft, affectionate thing before he ducks his head back down to rest on his partner's chest.]

It would be preferable. More comfortable as well.

_{[He tilts his head, pressing his nose and mouth against the crown of Hythlodaeus' head.]}

We will be disturbing Caduceus...but he ought to not mind.

Splendid. Then let us make for your bedroom.

[He untangles himself from Hermes and stands, offering his hand for Hermes to hold as they make their way into the bedroom. Upon seeing Caduceus, Hythlodaeus smiles.]

How adorable. Perhaps he should have his very own pillow somewhere so that you needn't disturb him when you wish to sleep.

Well...he usually sleeps on the pillow beside me.

_{[The hand that's offered to him is taken, fingers curled around fingers, as he's led to his room. Caduceus is there, curled up on a pillow, and Hermes moves to scoop him up with an apology.]}

I am sorry, my friend, to disturb you.

_{[Caduceus doesn't seem to fussed about being moved, and Hermes sets him down on one of the chairs in his room. Feeling somewhat bad that the bed is far more comfortable than said chair, he grabs his robes off the back of the chair and folds them up to at least make him a little nest. Caduceus seems pleased enough, slowly slithering his way into the pile of fabric with a yawn.]}

[Chuckling a little, he slides onto the bed as Hermes moves Caduceus, waiting for Hermes to join him so that he can pull him close again.]

Mm...

[He seems perfectly comfortable where he is, trailing fingers along Hermes' side and burying his face in the crook of his neck. He's still trying to decide if he wants another round, but Hermes does seem comfortable doing this...]

_{[It's hard not to be comfortable doing this, and with Hythlodaeus' face tucked away against his neck, his breath hot on his skin, he can't help but feel tingly.]}

You aren't bored, right?

_{[Maybe a strange question to ask, but now that things are quiet and slow for a moment...he can't help but feel a tinge of awkwardness begin to settle in. Outside of work and now sex...he isn't sure what to really talk about or do with his friend.]}

[Hythlodaeus laughs a little.]

[Chuckling, Hythlodaeus rolls over so that he's on top of Hermes, straddling his waist.]

You are, friend. But that's all right! I would not change it for anything.

[Hermes is fine as is- well, maybe a little more confidence would be nice, but that's for Hermes' sake, not Hythlodaeus'. It can't be fun being so awkward.

Propping himself up on his elbows, he grins at Hermes.]

Not good with silence, hmm?

_{[Okay but is Hermes really ever at ease? Not really...he's always operating at some level of base anxiety. He's really lucky that Hythlodaeus puts up with him.]}

_{[The kiss placates him as he reaches up to fiddle with the tie of Hythlodaeus' braid. What would it look like with his hair down, he wonders.]}

[Hythlodaeus notes the way he fiddles with his hair, and smiles as he reaches to tug the braid free. Running his fingers through it until it comes loose, he shakes his hair out a little.]

Curious, were you?

[His hair is longer when not plaited, falling over his shoulders.]

_{[Oh yes, he was curious. In fact he's always curious but this? At the sight of Hythlodaeus' hair falling down over his shoulders, finally free from its plait, he can feel his heart beginning to race. Somehow he was even more beautiful than he already was. How was that possible.]}

_{[Nervously he lets his fingers run through those lavender strands of his. They're soft. Unsurprisingly.]}

[He giggles a little, pleased with the compliment.]

[He presses a brief kiss to his lips, then another, deeper one. It's still so strange to have people compliment him on his looks, when back home they were never an issue- but it's also nice. He likes that Hermes finds him attractive.]

_{[Oh he finds him attractive all right. It'd be hard not to. Even before coming to Duplicity Hermes had found Hythlodaeus pleasant to look at. He was handsome - there was just no getting around it. Unable to compliment him with his mouth occupied, Hermes finds himself being swept up in a kiss, entangling his fingers further in Hythlodaeus' hair.]}

[He perhaps gets a little carried away with the kiss, because when he pulls back finally his heart is racing and he's looking at Hermes like he wants him again. Curious to see if Hermes would try something new again, he gently rocks his hips against him.]
